Actaully, there’s about 100 pages of information about unit testing with Visual Studio in our book “Visual Studio Team System – Better Software Development for Agile Teams” (Addison-Wesley, 2007, Will Stott and James Newkirk ) .

All the exercises are freely available as flash movies from the book’s website. They explain the basic concepts as well as the tools and take you step-by-step through a complete test-driven development episode. The book was reprinted last month with changes for VS2008.
